CHARLOTTE (AP) — The NBA fined Charlotte Bobcats guard Brevin Knight $25,000 today for verbal abuse of a game official and failing to leave the court in a timely manner.
The incident occurred at the end of Charlotte's home loss to Memphis on Saturday, during which Knight was assessed a technical foul.
It's the second time Knight has been fined by the league this season. Knight was docked $10,000 in November for failing to leave the court in a timely manner after being ejected for picking up two technical fouls in a game against Seattle.
