Dr. Sam Warshauer has been practicing medicine here in Wilmington since the forties. He served in World War II and returned to Wilmington in 1947. That is when he joined the Rotary Club, and has been an active member ever since. "What I've seen here is amazing, the progress, the city, the size of the city, the expansion of the medical community," said Warshauer. Dr. Warshauer's birthday was actually last month, but his celebration was postponed until Tuesday because of bad weather.

Just stopping in to say “Happy Birthday”. I noticed that no one has commented on this, probably because there isn’t anything controversial about this report… sad. It’s nice to recognize someone that has seen most of the changes Wilmington has endured. Here’s to your many more years of health!
