Everyone that knew Tarell knew that he was nice always kept a smile on his face. He would do anything for any one. Its not right that some one did this. He always kept to himself. I just cant see why some one would do this to him. He took care of his family, and was a good friend. Tarell you will be missed. R.I.P Tarell
I have been knowing his family since I was young. I used to change this man diapers when he was a baby. He was never ever in any trouble more less bother anybody. He was very respected by many and always was a hard working man. He was married with a family that he was very devoted too. He did not deserve to die more less to be killed. Whoever did this to him will pay for what they have done because this was an innocent man that did not deserve to die more less to shot at. what the world was this person thought they was gaining. But you have taken a man from his family that was very loved and needed around. But only God will handle that person.
