Victims in 10th Street shooting released from hospital

Two victims wounded in Monday night’s fatal shooting in Wilmington have been released from the hospital. Twenty-four-year-old Andre Sharpless and 25-year-old Kamala Dowd were both hit in the shooting on North Tenth Street. It happened inside the home of Tarell Phillips, who died from his injuries. Police have yet to name a suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call Wilmington Police at 343-3600 .
