Two more men connected to the SBI investigation of State Senator R.C. Soles have been sent to jail. Jackie Jordan was arrested last week and jailed under a $200,000 bond. He’s charged with conspiracy to traffic more than 1,000 oxycontin pills stolen in an armed robbery at a Whiteville drug store. In an interview earlier this year, Jordan told WWAY he testified before a federal grand jury, and was asked if he had ever been molested by Senator Soles. The State Bureau of Investigation is looking into a number of allegations from people who said they were molested by the Senator. The man whose accusations started that investigation, Stacey Scott, also landed in jail recently. The 27 year old was arrested for assaulting his wife. Police say he struck her in the face as he tried to stop her from leaving the house where they were staying in Tabor City.
