GAFFNEY, SC (AP) -- The stepmother of a 10-year-old girl whose body was dismembered and strewn around western North Carolina has been married at least seven times, including one period when she was married to three men at the same time.

An Associated Press investigation finds that 42-year-old Elisa Baker had multiple overlapping marriages starting in the 1990s. She's still technically married to her fifth husband, who never sought a divorce.

She was indicted in January on charges she married her current husband, Adam Baker, while still married to another man. Based on the AP's findings, though, neither marriage may have been valid.

The remains of Adam's daughter, Zahra, were found last year by police. No one has been charged in her death.

There are some pretty hard up men out there. I wish they would hurry up and charge her with the murder. This case is horrible.

...overweight, tattooed, homicidal cow can find seven men to marry her is proof positive that there is no shortage of desperate men devoid of any self respect in this world.

oh Common, come on now, you know you'd hit it.

As Chaucer wrote....

Ugly goes away when you turn off the light.
Fat hangs around and bugs you all night.

(I have to confess a weakness for the SKINNY tattooed girls of easy virtue, however. Girls such as the metalized cat skinner and Slutilda Southport used to drive me to distraction until age allowed judgment to supecede testosterone. That's why I gave up dating. You know how some women are attracted to total losers? I was always attracted to the sleaze-babes....THEN got upset when they acted sleazy. Doris Day never tripped my Trigger, but Joan Jett? Patti Smith? Heidi Fleiss? See? Even I had my failings until I became.....hmmm.......WONDERFUL!)

What a bizzare and heartbreaking story this has been.

Again, we see unstable parents raising children.

I believe these episodes of cruelty to and murder of children stems from a deep problem in this society. We don't value human life - most especially that of the most innocent and helpless.

We tell women they can "just get rid of" their unborn children - so where do we draw the line? At what age does it become murder instead of convenience?

America, we need to get on our knees and pray that GOD will forgive us! We banished him from society and listen to people who don't have a moral compass.

"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
