THE FOLLOWING IS A NEWS RELEASE FROM THE WILMINGTON POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Wilmington Police Department investigators have determined that the accumulated evidence in their ongoing investigation does not support pursuing the charge of First Degree Murder against Angeleos Roamel Williams.
Upon reaching this conclusion, investigators consulted with District Attorney Ben David and his staff, and the D. A.’s office concurred.
On Thursday afternoon, lead investigators and prosecutors met with the victim’s family to advise them of this decision.
Ronald Armond Farrow remains in custody, charged with First Degree Murder in the stabbing death of Taaron Quintel Jones, age 19.
Due to the status of the ongoing investigation, neither the District Attorney’s Office nor the Wilmington Police Department will be providing further information at this time. As always, the quest for justice is the overriding concern.

Wonderful
That's great. Now, at least he can get back to his 8 to 5 job on Monday.
Rhino mistake
I believe Angeleos' charge was Felony Murder and not First Degree Murder. Big difference, Felony murder could mean he was there as a passive accomplice. Does not mean he had to commit any act of deadly violence, just be a party of it.
EXAMPLE:
Two guys break into a house, (commission of a Felony) the homeowner shoots and kills one of the bad guys. The other bad guy can be charged with Felony murder because a death occurred during the commission of a Felony. Some you are robbing with a squirt gun has a heart attack and dies you could be charged with Felony Murder.
These thugs will be back on
These thugs will be back on the streets on no time
That's fine, as long as they
That's fine, as long as they keep taking out other thugs. The fewer, the better.
