READ MORE:

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- In this week's Kitchen Cops we have lots of high performers.

Let's start with Little Caesars on University Drive in Wilmington. Inspectors found no violations. A perfect score plus two points for a food safety course and a top score of 102. All hail Caesar.

Then it's on to the beach. The Verandah Café is located in the Holiday Inn on Wrightsville Beach. No problems and another two points for a food safety course for a perfect score of 102.

Next up is P.T.'s Old Fashioned Grille on 17th Street. A half-point off clean the hood on the fryers. Add two points for a food safety course
and a score of 101.5.

Down to Ocean isle. The Leopard Chase Grill lost a half of a point. They need to replace the test strips on the sanitizer. Add back two points for a food safety course, and you have a score of 101.5.

I have eaten there probably 50 times in the past several years and the food has always been good.

If you don't like the place go somewhere else.
