When will the general public stand up and say “no more” to these ever icreasing prices? When will the citizens of NC stand up tot eh state and say “no more to these ridiculous fuel taxes”? Most in NC do not realize that here in NC, when the price of gasoline and diesel fuel goes up, so does the tax that the states chargers for motor fuels. The previous fuel tax cap (maximum) was changed to the floor (minimum) sometime ago.

Perhaps I need to buy a fuel tanker and travel to SC, buy a load and sell it here in NC. Wait a minute, can’t do that, since NC wouldn’t get any of “their” money out of it, I would get arrested and charged with tax evasion…..
