Tarell you can now rest in

Tarell you can now rest in peace! We love & miss you!

I'm sure all of his friends will say...

what a nice guy he was. Unfortunately, the taxpayers will be paying for years while this creep enjoys three hots and a cot.

...but....but.....don't you realize.... many "cuz-iz" will miss him?
