ELIZABETHTOWN,NC (WWAY) -- Two years ago East Bladen lost to Bishop McGuinness in the state finalss at Reynolds Coliseum. Last year Salisbury defeated East Bladen in the state finals at Reynolds Coiseum. Win or lose, it won't happen in Raleigh. East Bladen is playing Salisbury again, but the game will be played in Chapel Hill at the Smith Center. East Bladen head coach Patty Evers said, " We played in the Smith Center twice over the summer. That's the reason we went to camp there. I think they'll be ready. I think they'll give it their best shot this year."

East Bladen sports a 30-1 record. Salisbury also only has one loss, but this dream rematch nearly didn't take place. Evers said "Salisbury almost went out in their sectional final. We almost went out in our sectional final, but we didn't. We kept playing, we didn't quit We haven't quit and we're not going to quit."

WWAY will be at the East Bladen game on Saturday. Look for highlights and postgame reaction on Sunday on the Coach's Corner at 6pm.
