WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Another healthcare system could soon be running the day-to-day operations at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Tonight, you can find out how it would affect you and your healthcare. The hospital is holding a town hall meeting to discuss the proposed management agreement with Carolinas Healthcare System.

Carolinas Healthcare is based out of Charlotte.

The meeting is from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. in the Human Resources Training Room at the New Hanover County Government Center.

You obviously have no idea about what happened. I worked hard and my work was exceptional.

  • Guest 3 says:

“The manager/buyer of NHRMC told my boss that someone on campus didn’t like the way I looked so I had to go.” Nothing about hr

  • Guest me says:

Oh yes, I know plenty Joe. I know about the time you spent at the “other” location in Wilmington and what you did there. You did this all to yourself. Be grown and accept responsibility for your actions.

  • Guest me says:

You are still having trouble telling the truth, I see.

  • Guest me says:

You know HR didn’t have anything to do with you bring fired. You were fired due to your own actions. Now the CMC won’t take over, you really have no chance. You are not welcome back at the print/copy/fax solution company anyway.

  • Guest me says:

I was there and I do know. I also know why you came to the hospital. Since what I have said is true, it isn’t slander. Grow up.

  • Joe says:

LOL Again. You know nothing. Be careful. You don’t want to slander someone. Unless you were there, you don’t have all the facts.

That’s all I got to say.

New Hanover Regional needs new blood in there to run the place! The outlook from their Human Resources Department is “how NOT to hire”.

They desperately need to HIRE qualified and working Recruiters that have an actual interest in HIRING for the numerous Professional positions that they always have listed on their website, but seemingly never fill.

Everyone knows that there are real problems with the so called recruiters/recruiting system that has been in place for years.

I agree with guest. I worked there as Customer Service Associate
for a company that provides print/copy/fax solutions for them.
The manager/buyer of NHRMC told my boss that someone on campus didn’t like the way I looked so I had to go. I’m now laid off because this is
the only place in town were the company has onsite support for their
product. Now I’m clean cut always dressed appropriately and did my job
well and there were no complaints about my performance. Because someone didn’t like my face I can’t work there? Maybe new management is exactly what they need.
