CHAPEL HILL, NC (WTVD) — UNC public safety officers are looking for more victims after arresting a man for allegedly touching women’s feet.
Police arrested 35-year-old Christopher Deas Tuesday. He is charged with three counts of assault on a female by unwanted touching of feet.
Investigators say Deas went into classrooms on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s campus and touched women’s feet. Police say they are looking for additional victims or witnesses to the alleged assaults at UNC and throughout the Triangle.
Victims or witnesses should report incidents either to UNC police investigators at (919) 966-2120 or contact the police agencies at their own schools or municipalities.
Police say Deas has no affiliation with UNC.
