Brunswick deputies search for man wanted in string of home, car break-ins

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Brunswick County Sheriff’s Detectives are searching for a man wanted for multiple crimes in the Calabash and Carolina Shores areas.

Investigators want Adam Clayton Pugh for a string of home and car break-ins as far back as May 16 and as recently as Tuesday. More than $3,000 in items was stolen, including watches, electronics, televisions, money and jewelry.

Pugh is a black male, 6’0″, 200 lbs.

He faces 13 counts of Breaking & Entering, five counts of Felony Larceny, and one count each of Breaking & Entering Motor Vehicle, Attempted Breaking & Entering and Attempted Larceny
