BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Brunswick County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man in the Ocean Isle Beach area they say was involved in an armed robbery at a convenient store in Sunset Beach earlier this month.

Investigators say on Tuesday, June 7, a man entered the Kangaroo at 927 Seaside Road, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money. The suspect ran away before law enforcement arrived on scene.

Detectives followed up on leads and community tips, which led to Antonio Daymonte Livingston, of 532 Harris Trail in Ocean Isle Beach. Det. Chris Barbour has issued warrants on Livingston for one count of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Anyone with information on Livingston should call their local law enforcement agency or the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office at (910) 253-2777.
