……Never heard of In Session or HLN or CNN who carried the entire trial live on TV. SO yeah a whole crap load of people SAW the evidence. Guess you don’t have a problem with a psychopath free on the streets. Do you need a nanny? I am sure she will be needing a job shortly.

the Judge ordered her released on 07/13; that is next Wednesday. One last partyless week-end.

  • SurfCityTom says:

she gets sentenced tomorrow, Thursday, on the 4 misdemeanor charges for which she was found guilty.

With time served, she could be on the street by Friday and ready to make up for lost party time.

And, in the absence of a capital crime guilty verdict, she will get to keep all of the book and movie money which is already lining up to flow her way. One can only hope her legal bill exceeds all the dollars she may receive.

    Her defense had no shame.
Tried to somehow argue her brother was the child’s biological Father. Not certain how that was relevant to her defense.

Tried to accuse her Father of abuse and who knows what other crimes.

Some day she’ll be standing before St Peter for a final judgement. Unless she changes, she may well be wearing asbestos gloves and shoveling coal down below.

…and it is by no means perfect, but we had 12 independent, court screened and sanctioned people that listened to a month and a half of evidence and testimony. They all came to the SAME conclusion in only eleven hours! That’s pretty powerful and pretty indicative that they knew she didn’t do it, based on the evidence.

The trial is over now and no matter whether you agree with the outcome, it is what it is and worked the way our system intended. Too many times people here accuse, try and convict people based on media reporting.

Guess what folks? NONE of you sat through the entire trial, none of you saw all of the evidence. All you know is what you hear and read. That simply isn’t enough to allow you to place the rope around their neck at the gallows. I hope that NONE of you armchair judges and jurors out there are EVER convicted of even a simple crime in another country. Not only will you NEVER leave, you’ll likely never even be heard from again, much less get a fair trial.

I have two suggestions for the first man to date this woman once she gets home: 1. Sleep with one eye open. 2. If she bakes you any chocolate Fudge Brownies, do not eat them.

All of the story shows she did it. This little girl is dead and she got away with it. I hope she feels bad the rest of her life.

  • wanda says:

she didn’t do it………………………….her dad did………..he raped the little girl then had to hide the evidence.

  • guest2 says:

We all know she did it. Where can she ever go without being recognized as the murderer that she is? I hope the rest of her life is as miserable as she deserves. She can’t go to hell soon enough.

At this point the entire judical system in FL needs to be shutdown. There is no way she is not guilty on all counts. However, they find her guilty of lying. What about killing an innocent child? Or not knowing where her child was for 31 days? I am beyond shocked in the outcome of this trial. There is no mother on this planet, other than Casey Anthony, that would not know where they child is every minute. Especially, when it comes to a two-year old child. I am beyond disgusted by this verdict because there is no way an intelligent person could have doubt about her guilt. With Casey getting off on the major charges, I see no point in the judical system. This is a prime example of a completely broken system. There was no justice for Caylee.

She was found guilty of lying to Florida, investigators. That’s is GUILTY what else did they prove?

  • GuestLee says:

If they can find O.J. not guilty, why do you wonder about this case?

  • Guest3658974 says:

Our justice system at its finest. Whoooohooooo, keep on laughing at us Japan. We’ll get it together someday.

  • UNCW MOM says:

UNBELIEVABLE! It took them 10 hours to decide she was guilty of lying — the jury was obviously guillable and fell victim to defense attorney tricks!

    No justice for poor Calee!!

  • rocketdog says:

C’mon, this is the same state that couldn’t count votes in a presidential election, what do you expect?

  • ppiegirl says:

Simply unbelievable. What is wrong with our system? I am stunned, shocked, saddened and discusted with this farce! Let her go free – maybe she will self destruct.

I suppose now that Casey’s life no longer hangs in the balance; she will be obliged to share the complete details of how her daughter accidentally drowned in the family pool and ended up discarded in the nearby swamp. This is very, very sad. It appears to me that America is the one that is “Morally Bankrupt” as the defense so eloquently stated. The defense council did there job and cast the doubt needed. I wounder how they will sleep in the coming weeks? Casey is probably already on her way to the tattoo parlor and then the club. She’s got some catching up to do!

We are getting back to the days of John Law, basically your guilty until your proven innocent! Justice is failing everyone, except the wealthy or celebrity status quo. The jury in this case worked everyday, including Sunday, and the holiday which fell on Monday, their objective became clear from the beginning, do what you have to do to end this nightmare, and let’s all go home! This is the sad part of justice, we sequester the jury, so the jury is not tainted, but they knew the particulars of the case before they were selected as jurors, due to the media trying to grab the headlines and the credit for breaking the news! Then they are forced to live a unrealistic life to judge a nightmare case. We need real change Obama, not chump change!
