RALEIGH, NC (TRIANGLE BUSINESS JOURNAL) — Wrightsville Beach has the highest median home value in the state, according to an analysis of federal data by American City Business Journals.

The median value of Wrightsville Beach houses is $983,000 — the 130th highest in the country.

Biltmore Forest near Asheville had the second highest median value in North Carolina, at $821,300, followed by Ocean Isle Beach at $656,800.
