WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College invites local veterans to attend the school’s annual Veterans Day ceremony.

At the ceremony, CFCC will recognize each branch of the armed forces with their service anthem. The school will make available “honor flags” to honor family, friends and loved ones that have served our country.

CFCC has more than 500 student veterans enrolled. The numbers have been increasing in recent years.

The ceremony is Friday, November 11, at noon at the downtown Wilmington campus.
