CALABASH, NC (WWAY) -- Brunswick County Sheriff's detectives have obtained a warrant for a man they say robbed a Calabash bank this afternoon. Investigators say Christopher Wilson Scott, 32, of Little River, SC, robbed the Security Savings Bank at 10231 Beach Drive SW around 12:25 p.m.

Deputies say Scott, a white male about six feet tall, 155-170 pounds, with black hair, was wearing a black hooded jacket with a backpack. They say he walked away from the bank. Earlier they said he may be driving a silver, four-door, 2003 Chrysler Sebring with some tint on the windows.

If you have any information on where Scott may be, call the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office at (910) 253-2777 or Det. Mark Jarman at (910) 880-4949. The Sheriff's Office says there is a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
