WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Intracoastal Realty was selling more than just houses today at its Lumina Station location. Vendors sold locally-made goods in the real estate agency’s fourth annual Holiday Bazaar.

Some of the items for sale included hand-crafted Christmas decorations, wine glasses and home baked goods. Shoppers also had the chance to pick up some raffle tickets for a prize that will benefit Intracoastal’s Teacher’s Fund.

“We’re raffling away an iPad 2, and it’s going to happen on January 3, so we are selling tickets up until the 31st, and you can order online or come by the bazaar or ask any agent,” marketing coordinator Susan Teachey said.

Organizers say buying local products is a great way to support our area’s economy.
