CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – The U.S. Marshals Service says it has arrested a 35-year-old New Hampshire man in North Carolina who was sought on a warrant for violating parole and for failing to register as a sex offender.

The warrant for David Sweeney of Manchester was issued on Nov. 29, 2011. His original charges include cocaine sales and aggravated felonious sexual assault on a child under 16.
