I saw the aftermath of the wreck at Country Club and 17. It is less than a mile from my home in Olde Point. I cannot thank enough the good and caring people of our police and emergency services for their quick and urgent response. Not to mention the Marine who put his life on the line to chase the criminal. I am thankful none were seriously injured. I do hope they catch the criminal soon. I was so impressed with the emergency personnel and they way they managed the scene. All God’s very best to these folks, and certainly our Marine Corp. Thank you for all you do for us each day. He’s got a record, so where’s his picture? Shouldn’t we be worried about this guy running around loose? Shouldn’t we know who to look out for? There are lots of 6′ tall black men wearing hoodies around here, should we be suspicious of all of them?

Can’t you guys actually do some work when you report something?

  • beachbum says:

Then why can’t ANY of the networks release a picture of him??

  • Sunshine says:

    so they did find him?

  • Resident says:

Thank you to the law enforcement agents and volunteers for the successful capture of this individual. A special thanks to the marine who instinctively chased the suspect to protect those who could have been injured. There is comfort in knowing there are others whose intent is purely sacrificial. It is disturbing that there are adults such as this criminal who have no respect for the lives of others, and do not take the opportunity to learn from their mistakes. We can only hope that it is pure ignorance and low intellect which causes such behavior.

The photograph is worth a thousand words.

    1. Who me?
    2. It wasn’t me!
    3. I don’t have any idea what you guys are talking about.

Silly rabbit, crooks are for jail.
