WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A former Kure Beach Commissioner is on probation after being given differed judgement for a drug charge.

According to the Clerk of Court, Barry Nelder will be on supervised probation for the next 12 months. He must also pay a $100 fine and do community service.

At the end of this probation period the court could decide to drop Nelder’s possesion of marijuana charge if he complies with all the terms.

This from a town with the initials… KB. So, are we all safe to return to KB now? Aaahhh, I would do the same if I was in charge, I would also use (abuse) my ability to have the Police harass and arrest my competition and just people I didn’t really care for in general as well.
