Occupy Wilmington protester not guilty

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Occupy Wilmington has had its share of headlines, but not much trouble really, except for 16-year-old Shelby Lentz.

Shelby was with a group on Wilmington City Hall's lawn back in late November when Wilmington Police ordered them to leave the area. Most did. Shelby did not, and he was arrested and charged with being in a park after dark.

Shelby told WWAY then he wanted his voice to be heard in court, he faced a judge today along with his attorney. Shelby was found not guilty.

What a Punk!

Glad the little wet-behind-the-knees weisels diddy had to HIRE an attorney! Hope Council raked them over the coals! Hahahaha.

What a waste of this kids time. He should be planning his senior project or volunteering at the senior resource center instead of trying to score his 15 minutes of fame, most likely instilled in him from birth by his entitlement parents.
