BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — MTV’s “Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans was back in jail today. The reality star is no stranger to the spotlight or jail time, but this time, she may be taking the fall for her fans.

Evans turned herself in to the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office after a warrant was issued saying the reality’s stars fans were cyberstalking her old boss. The Sheriff’s Office says evans turned herself in after a warrant for her arrest was filed last week.

The warrant taken out by James Duffy claims Evans’s fans electronically communicate with him in an abusive and threatening manner.

The booking report says Evans is charged with misdemeanor stalking and cyberstalking. Evans was released under a $1,000 unsecured bond. According to the booking report, she is due back in court under the new charges April 2.

Evans is no stranger to jail. The MTV star has been arrested several times over the last year for things like cyberstalking, communicating threats and drug charges.

Evans’s attorney Dustin Sullivan has told us before that evans ends up behind bars so often because people can take out warrants. They do not have to be issued through the police department.

Evans has previously been linked to Duffy with other cyberstalking charges.

Evans was reportedly in New York City this weekend filming the reunion show for “Teen Mom 2.”
