WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Two people are behind bars tonight after a drug bust.

A month-long drug investigation involving the SBI and the Wilmington Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit culminated Monday night with several controlled purchases of crack cocaine. The two suspects were arrested in the 1900 block of South 16th Street.

Michael Lamont Webb is being held under a $1,045,300 secured bond and Robert Franklin Graham Jr. is being held under a $100,000 secure bond.

The two suspects are in custody at the New Hanover County Detention Facility after their first appearance in court Tuesday.

or does it seem odd Drug dealers getting million dollar bonds yet murders get less then 1/2 that usually.. Just amazes me how they come up with these numbers. Not justifying drug dealing in anyway but usually the bond is set by how much of a danger to society the individual is and Id dare say a murderer is a much higher risk to society then a drug dealer yet as a I recall recently a child murderer got 600k bond while one of these two crackheads got a bond of over 1 million amazing indeed.

That is my dad you are talking about he is not a murderer he is a good person if it wasn’t for his girlfriend he wouldn’t be in prison right now so watch what you say about ppl you don’t even know

Drug dealers are murderers! If prison wee a deterrent, there would be less crime. I say we go back to public hangings, immediately following conviction. Why provide shelter & meals to someone who kills, steals & harms others?
