SUPPLY, NC (WWAY) -- Another methamphetamine lab bust in Brunswick County. The Brunswick County Vice Narcotics Unit received information last week that a meth lab was being operated in Supply.
The narcotics unit issued and executed a warrant at 2560 Elkin ST SW, Supply. The following subjects were arrested and are now in the Brunswick County Detention Center:
Matthew Wayne Cordell of Supply was arrested and charged with maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance (Felony), possessing and distributing a precursor chemical, possessing drug paraphernalia; bottles, tubing, plastic container, and smoking pipe and manufacturing methamphetamine. His bond is set at $61,600.
Melissa Robin Bumgarner of Supply was arrested and charged with possessing and distributing a precursor chemical, maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance (Felony), manufacturing marijuana, manufacturing a methamphetamine, exceeding pseudoephedrine limits and possessing drug paraphernalia bottles. Her bond is set at $65,000.
Raymond Barefoot of Dunn was arrested and charged with felony conspiracy. Barefoot who was at 2560 Elkin ST SW, Supply when the warrant was executed, was out on pretrial release for a previous methamphetamine lab related charge. His previous bond was revoked and is now set at $250,000.
Conspiracy
The only conspiracy there was was 2 people working with the law to set up an innocent man. What they don't tell you is that the other two suspects had previously been charged as well with meth related charges and they chose to conspire with a crooked system to get an innocent man. This is the USA and we are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty but not in Brunswick county! One more thing, I got quite a laugh out of the previous comments. It's really hard to fathom that human beings can be so stupid. Quite entertaining!

This guy was out on an unrelated meth lab bust? And this was RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE MIDDLE SCHOOL!!! There should be trumped-up charges just for that.
