WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Wilmington Police have arrested and charged a sixth person in connection to the murder of a Chinese food delivery driver last week.
Investigators say they arrested Nathaniel T. Lawrence, 16, last night. Lawrence is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery in connection with the homicide of Zhen Bo Liu June 14 at 13th and Queen Streets.
A WPD spokeswoman said in a statement that the department has "no further comment about what his exact involvement in the case is."

yea right
They all need to be charged with conspiracy of murder... u can't go around killing innocent people...I think this story should be bigger than the trayvon Martin case.... but you wont get that... but justice will be served .... this really bugs me .....
I know he did not plan to
I know he did not plan to kill anyone. If anything he didn't even know about what was going on! He is a good kid, and wouldn't hurt anybody!! He is innocent!

Another good guy, I'm sure.
only 16??
If he is only 16, how can you release his name? Isn't he considered a juvenile?
No, he is not considered a juvenile
North Carolina and New York are the only states that automatically classify 16-year-olds as adults in the eyes of the courts.
only 16??
