WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Andy Pettigrew, the Editor-In-Chief of the “Pender-Topsail Post & Voice” appears on WWAY’s ‘Good Morning Carolina’ weekly to dicuss the hot topics in Pender County.

Today he sat down with anchor Ashley Jacobs to talk about the smooth transition with the sheriff’s department taking over animal control. The shelter has experienced upgrades and expansions since the sheriff’s department took over a year ago.
