WILMINGTON, NC (StarNewsOnline.com) — Voters won’t be able to cast ballots on the UNCW campus during this year’s early voting period, despite the urging of some students and faculty, election candidates and voter advocacy groups.

The topic has generated discussion and debate in political circles in the past couple of weeks.
