WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Oktoberfest is just around the corner and this year the total raised in ticket sales will go to Pretty In Pink Foundation.

Pretty In Pink Foundation’s mission is to provide financial assistance to local uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients with quality, life-saving medical treatment regardless of their ability to pay.

Joy Wade is the director of the Wilmington area Pretty In Pink Foundation and brought a friend with her to the WWAY GMC set to talk about just beneficial services are…and of course how fun Oktoberfest will be Oct. 19 and 20.

See Good Morning Carolina anchor Ashley Jacobs’ full conversation with Wade now.
