Wave adding new route to Leland in February

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — Folks traveling to Leland will soon have a new bus route to take. Wave transit has announced the new Brunswick County Connector will go into effect February 4.

The route will run hourly trips from downtown Wilmington to the Walmart on US 17 in Leland with eight other stops along the way.

Village Rd/Leland School Rd :19
Old Fayetteville Rd at Leland Middle School :24
Old Fayetteville Rd at North Brunswick High School :25
Old Fayetteville Rd/ Town Hall Dr :26
Drager Dr at Harris Teeter :32
Brunswick Village Blvd Roundabout :38
West Gate Dr at Walmart :42

That’s great they have new locations but they should also have one at Old Fayetteville Road and Lanvale Road Intersection!
