WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Investigators have linked a man arrested for allegedly breaking into cars last month to more break-ins.

The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested Justin Hunter Stroupe, 23, December 17. Two men on Harlandale Drive say they chased Stroupe down after one of them said he found Stroupe breaking into his car.

After Stroupe’s arrest, the investigation linked him to 11 total cases in the Bayshore Estates, Marsh Oaks and Middle Sound Loop Road neighborhoods. Stroupe is charged with 12 counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, nine counts of larceny, larceny of a firearm and obtaining property by false pretenses. He is in the New Hanover County Detention Facility under $20,000 secure bond.

There you go… No way should B & E be taken so lightly bond is to low. Once convicted put to work on a chain gang. Let him earn 4.00 dollars a day till he repays for all losses incurred to his victims. Any further offenses put a collar on him.

It’s sad you have nothing better to do than to get online and talk about someone you don’t even know. I’m out. I’m free. HA!
