WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Police say an invasion at college students’ home in Wilmington overnight may be drug-related.

It happened just after midnight on Montclair Drive.

Police say the students were home when two men knocked on their door. The students opened the door, and men in ski masks pushed their way in.

After forcing them to the ground, the men took their wallets and left.

Wilmington Police, SABLE, and K-9 units searched for the suspects, but lost their trail when investigators believe the two got into a car to get away.
