I sure hope Mommy and Daddy didn’t go bail him out of jail. He is 18 and should answer for his actions. Make his a** sit in jail until his court date! Teach him a lesson.

Poor little Lance Houck didn’t do it. He’s getting his degree in criminal justice to try to aid the flawed system pender county has created. It’s amazing how people jump the gun to judge. It’s easy to sit behind the computer and make assumptions when none of you have gone to court to see what’s been going on!

Or perhaps NOT exit! One more year for the senior loser! A criminal record to boot.
Nice going Lance! You’re on the fast track for being a local Darwin Files candidate! I’ll bet you have really made your parents proud this time!

This Lance Houck or his Parents must be sued by the Counties in Civil Court for the amount to replace these damaged bus tires — exceeding $12,000. + which is just for the costs of the tires alone. The Service Charge & Labor alone — just to remove and replace these 32 bus tires by: “whoever” will amount to over: $3,000.00 ++ for — which somebody has to pay for.

Little Lance Houck does the Crime, then He has to do the Time as well as re-pay both Counties for all damages, fees, and time lost. This B/S has got to stop and the Courts must make some examples as to what is going to happan. No Pity on: “Poor Little Lance” from this side of Wilmington.

Lance Houck is an example of the flawed system that is the pender county justice system. If anyone actually kept up with this you would know he was not given his miranda rights. Nor was he allowed to leave the school property, call his lawyer, or his mother while he was locked in a room being forced to talk to the police and his principal. The principal was no pal to anyone at that school. As a former student and friend of Mr.Houck’s, I can say that a year later Pender county is still failing. It’s school system has failed many people.

If convicted, force him to pay back not only for the cost of the replacement tires, but for the labor it took to swap them as well as the expense of any wheel weights, valve stems that may have been used to balance them.
