WILMINGTON, NC (StarNewsOnline.com) — The NC Republican Party says US Rep. Mike McIntyre violated campaign finance reporting laws by failing to file reports on time and not disclosing individual donor contributions, according to a complaint letter.

In a letter sent Friday, the NCGOP said McIntyre did not itemize contributions to the “McIntyre 2012 Victory Fund,” required under campaign finance laws. The fund was a partnership with the N.C. Democratic Party. The NCGOP says the victory fund can’t list money from lump sums and didn’t disclose individual donor contributions.

“It is our position we need transparency,” said Mike Rusher, chief of staff for the North Carolina Republican Party. “The voters have the right to know where the money is coming from.”

Yeah the old I LIKE MIKE, Mr Porkbarrel himself with the blank checks can buy a lot of votes,we’ve sent a strong message to Washington to get this spending under control and he push’s on as business as usual, sooner or later he’s gonna understand that is taxpayer money that floats his “pork”.

Is doing ANYTHING they can to tarnish Mike’s reputation.
    He’s got the military vote
    He’s got the senior vote
    He’s got the rural vote

In short he’s beaten Pantano and Rouzer.
The GOP has nothing else in the form of a viable, popular candidate.
