ELIZABETHTOWN, NC (WWAY) — A Bladen County man is charged with felony possession of a stolen firearm and stolen property after Elizabethtown Police stopped his vehicle for having a false tag.

During the stop officers say they found a stolen computer and a handgun that was reported stolen in 1991. They also cited Brian Sessoms for driving with a revoked license, fictitious tags and not having vehicle insurance.

Don’t you need a background check to steal a gun? What’s wrong with our system that we let criminals steal guns?

How much did you drink before you typed that comment ? “Don’t you need a background check to steal a gun?” Why would you need a background check to steal a gun? lol
