WILMINGTON, NC (StarNewsOnline.com) — HBO’s “Eastbound and Down” opened offices on Monday at Wilmington’s EUE/Screen Gems Studios, so it looks like Southeastern North Carolina’s favorite foul-mouthed ball player will soon be back in the region.
