WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A search warrant served on Monday resulted in the arrest of a Wilmington man on numerous drug charges.

After making several controlled purchases from 62-year-old Peter Damon, detectives obtained a search warrant for his house. When they served the warrant, detectives seized 24 grams of cocaine, three grams of marijuana, $520 in cash, and a .22 caliber Ruger revolver.

Damon is charged with two counts of selling and delivering cocaine and three counts of maintaining and dwelling among other things.

He’s at the New Hanover County Detention Facility under $70,000 bond.
