WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — This downtown home on Grace St has been featured on the Azalea Home Tour before, but this is its first appearance on the Azalea Garden Tour.

"We've been on the Candlelight Tour a couple of times, and the Home Tour for the Azalea Festival before, so I'm anxious to see how they respond to the garden tour," says owner Matt Tenhuisen.

The home was built in 1907, but completely restored by the current owners in 1996. The white picket fence surrounds the compact yard that features everything from water features, to tall trees, and some seasonal color from azaleas.

Visitors will also be able to see a formal salt-water pool surrounded by a cabana and plenty of tropical foliage. It makes for the perfect party spot.
