BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — “Teen Mom 2″ star Jenelle Evans is back in jail after being arrested today in Caswell Beach, according to the Brunswick County Jail’s website.

Records show Caswell Beach Police arrested Evans for possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute heroin, simple assault and simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. No one answered when WWAY called Caswell Beach Police for more information.

The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office also served Evans with an outstanding warrant for failure to pay child support.

TMZ reports it obtained court documents that show Evans was arrested for allegedly having 12 bindles of heroin along with the prescription drug Percocet and for assaulting her husband Courtland Rogers. The website says documents show Evans allegedly hit Rogers with a piece of furniture. TMZ reports officers also arrested Rogers for reportedly assaulting Evans by “hitting her on the neck and striking her with a closed fist on her head.”

She isnt a piece of sh..t, shes hurting.. She is so desperate for love she reaches out to all the wrong things and people, she has graduated from being a teenmom, who tried to have love by trapping a man, to pot to cover the pain, which lead her to all the wrong stuff. Its a gradual sad slow painful decent to where she is now, dependent on heroin, which is not got her so badly she will need a miracle to get out of it. Its so sad, and it happens all the time, Its just magnified by her being on the show. I hope her community does the opposite of what they think is right… and help her…. not hurt her more…

….that Justin Bieber doesn’t live in our area. I looked up Jenelle Evans on Wikipedia…and my computer crashed as soon as I clicked…all 1 terabytes! The monitor started smoking…and then the hard drive starting spinning out of control like the Tasmanian Devil cartoon!
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c54SvkgQ04A
Second thought…that video was WWAY heading to T.M.2’s house (I mean jail) for another worthless story.
And here I wasn’t going to post a comment but sucked myself right into it! :-(
Why not do a report on dirt accumulation by the road…or rhubarb growing and cracking the highway in Leland or Watha,NC????? That deserves as much coverage…and would have more substance!!

  • Alonna says:

She has been on drugs the entire time. She has always smoked pot. She couldn’t even stop while she was on probation. That’s why her mom has custody of her boy. All she wanted to do was party and smoke pot with her friends.
Okay, the only time she was sober was while she was in treatment and maybe a little while after.
She needs jail and treatment, and then she needs to move states and not be around all her drug using friends.

  • Jer says:

She hasn’t always been on drugs throughout the show. They’re all choices. It’s time to grow up, bad choices have bad consequences. She should of never been on teen mom with these things going on. Worst possible thing young girls could watch.

  • Jan Beckwith says:

Wow…this girl just never learns!!! She needs a lot of jail time because that seems to be the only punishment that gets her attention and even that must not be for long!!! She needs enough time behind bars where she can also be placed into some serious counseling!!! That obviously is the thing she fears the most…jail time!!! It’s obvious not even her son, Jace, means more to her than her wild ways and drugs!!! I’m so glad her mom, Barbara, finally has sole custody of the little boy!!! Now Barbara needs to show Jenelle some real tough love by not bailing her out or taking that baby to see her, even though that would probably not bother Jenelle!!! She is a very self centered, selfish, thoughtless young woman that really needs to feel the heat from continually making very poor choices!!

  • AlbertThe3rd says:

im assuming you’ve never done drugs.. its the hardest addiction to break. She does the drugs obviously because she emotionally broken. The drugs make her feel at peace and stress-free. The show is actually good for young girls… have you ever heard the term “learn from other people’s mistakes”?? Many girls not only teen moms can learn from Janelle’s mistakes and take the steps no to go down that path.

  • antisheeple says:

Soon enough she will be working at a seedy strip club asking patrons ” you want a lap dance from a star?”

To which most will say yea where is she

  • Elena says:

I agree w/ you about sole Custody with janelle’s mom, but I understand where janelle is coming from getting off drugs is no easy task, you people think she can quit the drugs and stop her wild ways. But she can still be a good girl, she need to stay always from her mother, and with relationships in General. She need to take care of herself and jace, but most of all take care of herself first. Don’t worry janelle, I’m in recovery from drugs, so i know how it feels to be in that
Situation, it’s Chaos left and right , no matter who your with heroin was the worst time of my life, started on the weekend and ended up everyday, so don’t give her so much shit about getting in trouble, yeah jace is the one suffering from all this fighting, and I’m not talking just about janelle, I mostly talking about Barbara. Barbara get upset janelle gos and uses and the cycle continues.

At what point does the news stop covering the craziness of this girl? It’s hard to believe that there is nothing else newsworthy going on the community and the news is reduced to keeping up with her “reality.” Please, for the sake of the rest of us, find something else to write and stop giving her attention that she doesn’t deserve.

  • disgusted says:

She is giving BC a bad name! Her mother struts around here like she a freaking movie star, If that was my daughter I would be hiding under a rock! The girl needs help, but you know what they say You can help anyone that wont help theirselves! Im ashamed to say I live in BC! She makes us all look bad……remember you run with dogs you get fleas!

  • dddebiinsandi says:

    I agree,…

  • i agree says:

I agree it is really sad. Being a young mom this generation turns a lot of them to pills and eventually to harder drugs.

  • KG says:

WTF?!!!! Pot is one thing. But heroin! Really her life is that fd up? Then you got Farrah turned into porn star. And of course Amber. Hubby beater/cheater/pill head. Kudos for the banged up exploited lives of once innocent, now all jail birds. I feel sorrow for these lost girls. I guess thats what stardom does to you. Remember River Phoenix, Heath Ledger, all the actual legends that died falling victim to all fame and fortune has to offer.

  • Tracie C says:

Kudos to you on your non use for so many years. This is a one in a million happening, believe that.
That being said: I have dealt with drug addicts and alcoholics for many, many years. NEVER ONCE has an addict cleaned up because of the help of others. They LIVE to use the help of others to feed their habits, just like this loser of a child.
The best thing that could happen to her? To find herself alone with NOTHING left and NO ONE to feel sorry for poor poor dumbass.
Someone make her go away along with all the other reality idiots.

  • disgusted in your way of thinking says:

u say u have dealt with alcoholics and drug addicts for many many years? do u work in that field? i hope not because for you to call jenelle evans a loser child and call her a dumb @$$? who are you to judge someone? i pray for you also because you most definitely need it for being so judgemental against someone you know nothing about. i will also pray for jenelle because she needs it not only for herself, but also for her son and her mother.if they cant get clean with the help of others, then what are the counselors at treatment centers there for? i believe they can get clean if they want to get clean and yes, with the help of others!SOMEONE MAKE YOU GO AWAY…PLEASE!

  • Stop ignorance says:

I hate ignorance when it comes to drug addiction. Per this obviously uneducated and closed minded account…I hope you get diagnosed with cancer and someone blames you for your cancer! Addiction IS a Disease and you can keep judging but you look worse to me than the people putting needles in their arms!!!

  • twoinamillion says:

hmm must be two of us in that category then because at 17 i too became a heroin addict and through every imaginable horror story you could think of and nearly nine years in prison i can say i havent done anything in over three years, i work a full time job own a vehicle and for the first time have no worry in the back of my mind. I cut all people i knew or know are even loosely associated with anything and live my life.So just to let you know 2 in a million is a little exaggerated though i do believe the odds are very low 1% maybe but thats still 1 out of a hundred.

  • Daughter of a King says:

I praise you for your sobriety!! And for dignifying the TRUTH!! Addiction is one of the hardest diseases to fight!! We can’t take any medicine hence “addict” and it is us against the world that we live in! Jennelle can get the help she needs now, and finally put it all behind her! I was an addict for over 9 years and I am so blessed to say that I am 138 days clean!!!!! It is the hardest battle you’ll ever fight getting sober, and for all those who are saying put your son first, you act like we can just flip a switch and be sober. If we could do that, you don’t think we would all be sober? You think we like being addicts? I have stolen, lied, cheated, and hurt many in regards to my addiction, including my daughter. And I’m far from proud of my actions, but in addiction your soul belongs to the devil, and anyone in your way is bound to get hurt. She needs to commit to recovery and want it as much as her next breath, and do it for HERSELF!! Not jace, herself! Jace will reep the rewards later, getting sober is the last selfish thing she needs to do! Sobriety is wonderful, but I got sober with Celebrate Recovery in Myrtle Beach, which if you know MB, then you know there is a dealer every two feet, but God graced me sobriety! Jesus himself said “I never said it would be easy, I just said it would be worth it!” Jenelle reach out, many recovery addicts will help in anyway, and girl fight like hell!! Because this life is worth it! I can finally say I wouldn’t trade my best high day, for my worst sober day and I’m only 138 days clean! God Bless, and Good luck!

  • Guest2020 says:

As long as there is life there is hope. My problem with her is not her being addicted, that was her choice, but dealing drugs is a whole different story and she should be punished for that.

  • JusticeEnough says:

Nobody’s responsible for the things they do anymore. Fault always seems to lie with someone or something else. “Mommy didn’t love me enough.” “I have a disease called ‘addiction.” “The government is out to get me.” “The devil made me do it.”

Nobody held a gun on this moron and made her sell drugs. The worst part of all of this is that she’s not just self-destructing – she’s setting a horrible example for her poor kid, who is apparently being raised by Grandma while Ms. Evans is out partying and selling her wares.

  • cherielynn says:

In response to your disturbing post that and I quote “there no saving her now…she is a heroin addict and always will be” I have to speak up about your obvious ignorance. Jenelle is a very young girl and I assume has many mental/social (have you ever witnessed her mother in action?) issues that she’s been living through for her whole life. Yes she is self medicating the pain and already having an addictive personality made her a clear target. She was already on the fast track to self destruction. Clearly she found something to ease her troubled mind & if you are familiar with Wilmington then you would know that getting heroin is as easy as getting Girl Scout cookies. This is very sad but there is hope for her yet but only if she’s serious about wanting/needing the help that she so desperately needs. I was DISGUSTED by the comment you made about her basically being a “lost soul” yet again ignorance and uninformed people strike again!!! HA! And all this coming from someone that NEVER EVER thought I’d be able to say that I have been clean from heroin addiction for over 10years now and counting, also not looking back. To assume that she’s not ever again in her young ass life going to go through getting clean then sober, I know that they say usually on average an addict tries to get clean 7 times before the true change comes. I myself have been in several in & outpatient clinics yrs ago. It took me years but I did it and I was a heroin addict since I was just 16 yrs old. I have faith that she can do it too. It’s a lot of hard work esp. the first couple of yrs. but I know for a fact that if I did it then literally anyone can!!! I lost all hope for myself too, but by the grace of God and my family helping me get through the darkness of my addiction, I made it-so why can’t she? Def not God, and obviously not educated enough to know that this is a disease that she’s struggling with and not some kind of party she’s been living through. Addiction affects millions of people. Before you cast the first stone I suggest that you check your glass house. Jenelle, keep your chin up. There are always going to be people who are going to try & keep you down, don’t even give them the power. You have many years ahead of you. Start living them right and with hard work you will have the love you so desire…for YOURSELF! Best wishes to you and your family. Signed by a recovered drug addict.

She puts herself in the news. I think teen mom should be taken off the air. I think she needs to go to jail and stay there until she can learn her lesson. could save her life! Her child is the one who is suffering!!!!!!!!! Stay Home think of your child before yourself! She was mature enough to make a baby. So take responsiblilty for her actions and be a MOM!!!!!!!!!!

  • Guest2020 says:

Although I agree that “airing this kind of crap is irresponsible and inappropriate”, Jenelle Evans is solely responsible for the choices she has made.

  • alyssa bauman says:

Maybe if people would stop putting her on the news and on tv, she would get a reality check and get it together. The producers of Teen Mom should be ashamed of themselves for ever starting this. Airing this kind of crap is irresponsible and inappropriate.

  • jusbecky says:

Are you kidding me? It’s TV’s fault. Give me a break – a VERY LARGE BREAK. This woman has been blaming her problems on other people and circumstances all her life. The first step in getting better is to quit blaming everyone and everything else and accept responsibility for her actions.

  • uhhhh? says:

Its their own fault if she wants to be stupid and do heroine then let her she knows she wont be able to see her child and she knows she will go to jail but she still does it stop feeling sorry for somebody who brings it on themselves! i feel bad for that poor baby having a mamma like that and having to grow up knowing his mamma did drugs instead of taking care of him!

  • GuestChecker says:

Are you really sad? you know nothing about this girl. She is a loser from day one. She was a lost cause long before she had a chaild and long before she was the focus of a worthless TV show. I blame the media for constantly giving us updates on this worthless piece of trash. There is better news out there.
I’m so sick of Jenelle Evans being thrown in our faces. A lot of kids went to the Early College High School and made tremendous achievements while there and after they graduated. Do we hear about them? NO! Because the media won’t report good stories, just crap like Jenelle. Don’t be sad for her, be sad for the people who don’t get recognized for the achievements the deserve to be recognized for.

  • Guest2020 says:

I bet there are a lot more young moms in this generation who don’t turn to any drugs. It really isn’t sad. They make their choices, they should live with the consequences. It’s on them.

  • Guest2020 says:

Her being in trouble really isn’t news.

  • Gutsy says:

Janelle, please grow up and stop trying to prove how bad you are. It is time you thought of someone other than yourself. The path you are going down is only going to cause you more problems. You don’t need problems, Janelle. You need solutions. Be the solution.

C’mon WWAY, “WKRP in Cincinnati” was just a TV show in the late 70’s about a radio station. Why imitate then? What’s next … the “Hog report”?

  • SurfCityTom says:

if they recruit a Les Nessman wannabe and get some pork producer to provide “The Golden Sow” award.

Maybe that could be Berger’s next gig. The Les Nessman of Wilmington media.
