Deputies ask for help identifying robbery suspects

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating and identifying two suspects who robbed the Fairhaven Mini Mart in Leland on Wednesday.

One suspect appears to be a black male, about 5’7″ and in his early 20s, armed with a handgun. This suspect held a customer back while the second suspect, who also appears to be a black male, about 5’10” and in his late 20s, demanded money from the cashier.

The suspects were wearing all black clothing and masks. They left the store on foot traveling in an unknown direction with about $100.
