3 killed in Hendersonville; suspect also dead

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Investigators say three people have been shot to death outside a home in Hendersonville and the suspect also is dead.

Henderson County deputies say officers found 32-year-old Ralph Robert Warren III dead from an apparent gunshot wound a few miles from the shooting scene. They don't know if he shot himself or was wounded by someone else.

Authorities say the victims were found after officers responded to the shooting around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A neighbor, Mae Franklin, told the Times-News of Hendersonville (http://bit.ly/10jnOvy ) that a man confronted a husband, wife and their daughter in the yard of the home and shot them while asking "Do you want some more?"

The newspaper says Warren was supposed to appear in court next month on charges of making harassing calls and communicating threats.
