This is so sad. I witnessed the search today. Summer is a season we all love. Summer can also be very dangerous. Please rember if you get stuck in a rip current stay focused and calm. Swim parrell to the shore until you are no longer in it and can swim to shore. I have had this happen to me and this advise im sharing saved my life. Please look out for each other on our beaches. Stay advised of weather and rip currents before heading out.

Please folks…..I beg you please…..DO NOT attempt to swim from one island to the other!!! The currents are way to strong for even some of the strongest swimmers. It is not worth taking the chance. Praying for the family, friends, EMS responders, fire, LEO, and everyone else who have responded and are continuing to search for this man.
