BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Investigators in Brunswick County say colleagues in South Carolina have helped them identify a woman wanted for a couple of thefts earlier this month. Now they need to find her.

The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect is Bonnie Mendola, 30, of North Myrtle Beach. They want her on several charges stemming from thefts at Turtle Crossing Cupcake Shop in Calabash Sunday and at Bill’s Seafood in Sunset Beach June 4.

Anyone with information on where Mendola is should contact Tina Edwards at the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office at (910) 880-4917 or the Sunset Beach Police Department.
