WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The New Hanover and Brunswick County Sheriff’s offices are now on Mobile Patrol.

They say the free app for smartphones allows them to communicate more effectively with the community.

Mobile Patrol offers a variety of features, including inmate information and emergency alerts.

It’s available for iPhone and Android.

Taking your pic as you run a red light…….
Radar speed traps being set up round town…..

“Do you want to allow this app access to your GPS locator services on your phone”????
