Anonymous tip leads to four arrests, 1,500 bags of heroin


BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) -- The Brunswick County Sheriff's Office and DEA have arrested four people for allegedly trafficking heroin.

Investigators say they seized 1,560 bags of heroin during a traffic stop on NC 211 in Suppy after anonymous information and surveillance led to the stop.

Officers arrested Marcus Antonio Grissett, 53, Supply, Elizabeth Julia Kleedorfer, 51, of Supply and Vandarn Stewart, 53, of Elmont, NY, early this morning. They are in jail under $200,000 secured bond. Investigators also charged Robert Joseph Decosimo, 49, of Elmont, NY. He is jail under a $500,000 secured bond.

They are each charged with one count each of conspiring to traffic opium/heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Let them go in front of Judge "whatshisname" down there. He'll reduce their bond, so they can all go home and take care of their families.
