Sometimes people make

Sometimes people make remarks and don't know what they are talking about, just like the one made about the only ones that ride mopeds are drunks, don't have a license or can't get one. This smart person don't understand that not all have the means of buying a car or can afford one.I for one ride a moped have never drank, have a NC drivers license and have had a valid NC drivers license since I was 16 and have never in all my years of driving had a ticket.I started riding a moped because I wanted to not because I had to so for someone to profile a moped rider as a drunk or non license's driver maybe they have a problem of some other sort.I am a native of Wilmington lived here all my life I am 52 now and I will continue to ride a moped and I do have a car with tags and insurance.

How drunk?

When will the tox report be in for the moped rider?

another example of why these stupid things should be registered with insurance...If bicycles are going to be on the road...they should have insurance too!
