Are Down-Town folks next?

Least wise, they aint wasting there time!

Some a them folks in some a them bad areas, they aint always the nicer people your gonna meet, but least wise they aint wasting there time!

Both a the things some a them bad folks there like to do, basketball an shooting, all put together in one place. I'm thinking that sure saves some time for doing other things bad later. Right smart in a sort a not real good kind a way.

And the victim, when interviewed by the police, will say...

"I don't know nothing."
