BLADEN COUNTY, NC, (WWAY) — A Bladen County man must spend up to fifty years in prison for creating child pornography.

A federal judge sentenced 46-year-old William Lee Pait Junior of Bladenboro today.

In April, the already registered sex offender pleaded guilty and was also charged with other sex crimes.

Investigators say Pait also posed as a teenage boy online to meet girls and tried to kidnap the ones he met in person.

Im just here to finish my degree and what I have noticed is that this area is a magnetic for child molesters-sex offender’s-trashy women-fake tans and dirty law eenforcement officers. Glad im not from here!

  • Karen B says:

Pretty sure it’s everywhere these days. At lease they are now being exposed, and hopefully dealt with. Oh, wait! You weren’t concerned with the crime-you were just slamming Wilmington. Sorry about that. I thought maybe you cared about child safety. My mistake.

It is interesting and (in this case) sad to read an unbiased opinion of Southeastern North Carolina, by a visitor.

I am going to forward your comment to several people who hold political offices, in the area, and let them know that it is embarrassing to live in an area that has such negative connotations. I really don’t think that it will do any good but the only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for………..

Thank you for your observations and comments.

If you could do a background check on the child molesting sex offenders, trashy women, and dirty law enforcement officers. You would find like yourself, most of them aren’t from here either. So after you get your degree and get ready to leave could you take your people back with ya.

    You said:
“Im just here to finish my degree and what I have noticed is that this area is a magnetic for…”

A “magnetic for?” Call the school system where you grew up and the college at which you are earning your degree and demand the refund that you so richly deserve.

Also, if it’s your assertion that this area is a magnet for assorted lowlifes and you aren’t from here, then that magnetic force must have attracted you here. Nice self-ownage you did there! LOL!

Im sorry to say and admit this, however I am a native of this area and I do have to agree with you. This area progressively has become a not so favorable place to live. I have been a homeowner here for the past 22 years and well all I can say is that im sorry but you are absolutely correct in your observations. I can just hope and pray that our community leaders and elected officials get off their a $$ e $ and make a difference in our community. As for the trashy women here… BINGO!

  • Guest2020 says:

I agree 100%. Anyone who will do this to children does not deserve to walk among the living.

  • Rick Wilson says:

This is part of what’s wrong with the judicial system. 50 years in prison is a joke…..Ready, Aim, Fire is what he should receive.

  • guesty says:

I hope he enjoys his prison time and is passed around like a toy. Don’t mess with children.

  • Guestred says:

If we made it more difficult for this TRASH to live here, they’d go elsewhere… I, for one, am all for higher real estate prices, rent and taxes, if only to keep the trash away. I’d pay the extra buck to not have to be around the trash.

  • Guest187 says:

That is a bit rough considering the percentage of average law abiding folks who can barely afford rent and bills. Hardware stores struggle because the average middle age american male can not afford to shop for such extras let alone buy or build a nice house. Wages are 20 year stagnate even among educated non felons in professional careers. Less than 9% of people make between 50k and 75k per year, 80% are at or near poverty. I don’t know how your math is or what business you are in(real estate?) but your market must be doing well albeit small and shrinking from thee negative economic policies you likely practice. Factories are closed and these jobs don’t exist. What should people do? move away from their life long homes because they aren’t in your circle of real estate leverage barons. Please enlighten me as to how an economy like ours would function if only people who could pay the already sky high price of real estate were the only ones to live in this county which I have lived in nearly all of my 35 years on this earth. I suppose you expect them to rent from you at 50 % of their income after the IRS gets its 42% for Obama care and welfare and international police actions. Please don’t get me wrong I don’t support the freak in this article The prison should just lose the key but the problem isn’t poor people and these kind of crimes can not be “priced out” of the market. This is called throwing out the baby with the bathwater.

Hard working participant in the american dream since I was 14 years old and I haven’t even made it into the 9% but i’m close these days.
